4th Grade Teacher

Job Description

St. Clare of Assisi Catholic school is seeking a full-time fourth grade teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.
This teacher is responsible for instructing fourth grade students in reading, writing, math, history, and science.

St. Clare of Assisi is a K-8 school located in picturesque Rocky Mountains, near Vail, Colorado. As part of the Archdiocese of Denver, we serve the Catholic community in Eagle County. https://www.visitvailvalley.com

Job Requirements

• Be open to growth and have enthusiasm for learning;
• Be willing to be a member of a collaborative team of teachers in a Professional Learning Community;
• Teach and support the educational goals and objectives of St. Clare of Assisi Catholic School and the mission of the Catholic Church.
• Be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Catholic Church;
• Have strong organization skills, understand the behavior, emotional, and cognitive needs of elementary school students;
• Have a valid Teaching License, or holding a bachelor's degree in any area, be willing to enter the renown Archdiocese of Denver teacher credentialing program: https://catholicliberaleducation.org/catholic-educator-formation-and-credential-program/.
