Job Description
ST. MARY PARISH SHREWSBURYSt. Mary Parish, Shrewsbury seeks FULL-TIME DIRECTOR OF MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL RELIGIOUS EDUCATION & YOUTH MINISTRY
RESPONSIBILITIES include:
• Weekly and seasonal programs for 250 students in Grades 7 - 11
• Recruit, train and mentor catechists
• Confirmation preparation program
• Retreats & Service opportunities
• Grow youth ministry programs
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor or Masters' Degree in theology and/or religious
education, education
• Youth ministry/religious education certification and 2-3 yrs.
experience preferred
• Good organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership ability and strong relational skills
Salary/benefits commensurate with education and experience
