JOB DETAILS
St. Maria Goretti High School in Hagerstown, MD seeks a President to be the overall spiritual and planning leader of the school. In leading the school to the fulfillment of its mission, the President must have the leadership and communication skills to to enable him/her to direct the strategic long-term as well as immediate action necessary to maintain the educational and fiscal viability of the school. Direct responsibilities include the areas of institutional advancement, marketing, administration, financial management,and facilities management.A collaborative working relationship is expected with the Principal, who is responsible for the educational curriculum development and day-to-day school operations. The President should hold a Master's degree, be a practicing Roman Catholic, and posess leadership experience in a Catholic educational or other Catholic administrative position.
