Integer USA based in Atlanta, GA is an established and growing management organization providing management and administrative services to a wide variety of Legionaries of Christ and Regnum Christi organizations nationwide.
The Training and Development Leader designs and conducts technical, supervisory and organizational development training and development for supervisors and managers in location centers nationwide, is a key resource in support of employee relations and workplace quality improvement efforts, and assists with other human resources initiatives and programs as needed.
(a) Conducts management competencies training throughout the organization
(b) Consults with managers on strategic and tactical human resources and development opportunities
(c) Works closely with supervisors at all levels to craft and implement professional development plans for employees and work groups
(d) Teams with others on new initiative development, implementation, and evaluation
(e) Facilitates planning, strategic and tactical problem solving meetings
(f) Advises management and facilitates solutions in employment practices and employee relations
The ideal candidate:
(a) Is proficient in collaborative problem solving and meeting facilitation
(b) Understands and can apply principles of human behavior at work
(c) Has mature, diplomatic and refined interpersonal skills
(d) Is comfortable and effective working in a Roman Catholic organization in context of its mission
(e) Is adept in applying a broad knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures to complex employee and organizational development assignments
(f) Knows training and development in context of federal and state labor laws
(g) Skilled in integrating human resources strategy with core businesses and practices
Qualifications:
BS/BA or MA/MBA; 3-7 years of professional human resources experience; bilingual English/Spanish helpful as is familiarity with Regnum Christi or the Legionaries of Christ.
