JOB DETAILS
Fort Wayne's own Catholic Radio Station, Redeemer Radio, is searching for a talented Executive Director to lead and manage our ministry. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations, programming, staff development, financial management, marketing, and fund development for our apostolate.
The ideal candidate will possess a vision that is aligned with our mission and committed to spreading the fullness of the Catholic Faith. An entrepreneurial spirit, with the desire and ability to try new things, to be resourceful and effective, is a critical qualification. Qualified candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills and have familiarity and/or comfort with fund development. If not already established, this position requires the ability to rapidly get connected to our local Catholic community. Leadership experience in the nonprofit arena is beneficial but not required. This is a multi-faceted position and will require a self-starter who has a broad range of skills, is adaptable, and is willing to grow within this role and the organization.
