About our School:
St. Michael's Catholic Preparatory School (formerly St. Gabriel's Catholic School and St. Michael's Catholic Academy) is an outstanding co-educational Independent Catholic school serving students from Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade on two adjacent campuses in Austin, Texas. Primary Responsibilities:
St. Michael's Prep is seeking an "as needed" bus driver to transport students to both local and out-of-town-events. This is a part-time non-exempt hourly position. Upon hire, the candidate will report to the Director of Auxiliary Programming.

Job Details:
-Drive students to both local and out-of-town events. These events include but are not limited to: athletic events, art competitions, retreats and academic field trips as needed.
-Routes will include trips to Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, as well as various locations in and around Austin. Local trips will be a minimum of four (4) hours.
-The driver's schedule will depend on the schedule of events but usually scheduled a minimum of two (2) weeks prior.

Required Experience, Degree, and Skills:
-Qualified candidates must have valid CDL class B with P endorsement.
-Candidates also must have at least one (1) verifiable year of experience operating a bus or comparable vehicle.
-Candidates must be at least 25 years old for insurance purposes and be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug test.
