JOB DETAILS
Work Hours/Days:
Full Time, Monday through Friday.
Minimum Educational Requirements:
Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
3+ years of progressively responsible administrative support experience required.
Other Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must possess excellent written/oral communication skills as well as excellent organizational and people skills. Advanced skills in MS Word/Outlook required. Must have knowledge of Catholic teachings and practices.
Brief Summary of Duties:
Reports to the Secretary for Education and performs general administrative support for the Assistant Superintendent for Secondary Schools and Government Relations to include: typing, establishing and maintaining a database, answering phones, handling correspondence, ordering supplies and maintaining the directory and mailing list, etc.
