JOB DETAILS

SUMMARY: The position of Coordinator will focus on providing superior customer service to members of the organization. This position is deemed sensitive and agreement to absolute confidentially is required

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinator:
· Respond to all correspondence received in person, or via telephone, mail, fax, e-mail and Lawson HRMS
· Verify and sanction all amendments and new hire data received in writing or via Lawson HRMS
· Input new and update current data using Lawson HRMS and other relevant database systems
· File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned
· Ensure that all filing and updates are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
· Maintain a timely response rate to queries according to office standards
· Participate in development, implementation and maintenance of policies,
· Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

REPORTING TO:

Department Manager

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Four-year college degree or relevant work experience required
Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience
Proficient interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
The ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
Familiarity with Lawson HRMS
Capability to utilize recordkeeping systems
Ability to handle constantly changing work flow volume, be able to multitask effectively during peak times, and exercise patience and professionalism at all times
An aptitude for attention to detail
Capability to work as a team player
Excellent organization skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, Lawson HRMS, Internet and e-mail applications
