Job Description
St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church in Tulsa seeks a Director of Business and Facility who will help create an organized and hospitable environment for all who come to our church. This is a Ministerial position that oversees parish facilities, facilitates usage for parish ministries and events, and ensures our campus is clean, safe and ready to support the mission of the parish. This position, working closely with the Pastor, also maintains financial oversight and accountability, ensuring responsible stewardship of the parish's resources.The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, attentive to detail, familiar with best practices in financial accountability, and able to work well with parish staff, volunteers, and ministry leaders. Experience in management, accounting or business, and a degree in business, finance, accounting or organizational management is preferred. A background check is required.
