We also offer reimbursement for professional development throughout your career, including CLU, ChFC, FIC, etc. Our compensation package includes: competitive commissions, performance incentives, medical coverage (partially funded by the Order), a non-contributory pension plan, a 401(k) plan (no match by the Order), group life insurance, workers' compensation. . . You'll also participate in various sales and performance contests throughout the year, including trip destinations such as Rome, Hawaii, Cancun, Ireland and many other locations.
