Facility: Trinity Teen Solutions, Inc. is a Wyoming State Licensed Residential Treatment Center, located in Clark Wyoming. Mailing Address: 89 Rd 8 RA, Powell, WY 82435. Located near Yellowstone National Park.
Program Description: Trinity Teen Solutions, Inc. (TTS) is an at-risk girls', Catholic-based, therapeutic program. TTS utilizes animal therapy, equine-assisted psychotherapy on a breath taking 4,000 acres, at the base of the Beartooth Mountain Range. Our Catholic residential treatment center for struggling teens is dedicated to helping young women of all Christian denominations through an education in fundamental Christian principles and virtue formation.
Endeavoring to educate the mind, strengthen the body, and elevate the spirit, each young woman that comes to TTS is seen as unique, precious, and unrepeatable. By placing emphasis on Christian moral principles, these young women are challenged to develop a new perspective on life. Healing begins when she can recognize that life is sacred, and they can help to make it so by discovering their God-given talents in His wonderful creation. Through a strong emotional growth program and active participation in experiential education, academics, chores and caring for animals, all while living in cozy country cabins, young women develop a new sense of self-worth, dignity, a positive work ethic, a sense of responsibility, and practical life skills.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
To plan, organize and implement lesson plans according to each student's individual academic needs. To implement plan of treatment, oversee safety, health and well being of the clients. Monitor and implement Trinity Teen Solutions Program Rules, Policies, Philosophies, Handbooks, Fire Safety Rules, Wyo. Department of Family Services State Regulations, and State Health Inspection.

SOURCE OF SUPERVISION :
Reports to the Lead Advisor, Executive Director and Clinical Director.

Teacher duties may be performed by the Lead Advisor/Counselor or other Advisor/Counselors in their absence.

DIRECTION OF OTHERS:
Interns, Advisor, students, trainees, observers and others who are assigned.

ACADEMIC WORK PERFORMED:
Planning-To plan and prepare courses, schemes of work and individual lessons, appropriate to the needs, interests, experience and existing knowledge of the pupils in one's class, utilizing a variety of correspondence courses to ensure transfer of student credits back to state of origin, or accredited high school diploma.
Setting and supervising work by students-To teach a class, or classes, sets, groups or individual pupils, and to set tasks to be undertaken both at school and elsewhere.
Marking and recording-To mark and assess students' work and to record their development, progress and attainment, both at school and elsewhere.
Discipline and relationships-To maintain good order, discipline and respect for others among students; to promote understanding of the program's rules and values; to safeguard health and safety; and to develop relationships with and between students conducive to optimum learning.
Communication with parents-To build and maintain co-operative relationships with parents, and to communicate with them on students' learning and progress, drawing attention to special skills and talents as well as to problems or difficulties.
The Classroom-To maintain an attractive and stimulating classroom environment, and to contribute to to the outdoor education, experiential education.
Overall policy and review-To take part in whole-academic reviews of policy and aims, and in the revision formulation of guidelines.
Reports-To provide or contribute to oral and written assessments, reports and references, both at school and elsewhere, relating to the development and learning of individual student.
Review-To evaluate and review one's own teaching methods, materials and schemes of work, and to make changes as appropriate.
Professional development-To keep up-to-date with current educational thinking and practice, both by study and by attendance at courses, workshops and meetings, and take part in appraisals and reviews of one's work.
Corporate life-To take part in the corporate life of the school by, for example, attending staff in-services, family sessions with parents, registering the attendance of students, and supervising students before and after school sessions.
Equality policies-To help ensure that subject-matter and learning resources reflect Trinity Teen Solutions, Inc. policies on race and gender equality, and that the implications of these policies are borne in mind in relation to all the tasks and duties listed.

ADVISING AND GENERAL OVERSIGHT OF STUDENTS
Responsible to provide guidance to 12-18 year old girls.
Assist in development, planning, coordination and implementation of the plan of treatment as outlined by the Clinical Director or Master Level Therapist.
Carries out, evaluates and records patient treatment. Provides input and documentation for accurate Progress Notes and Plan of Treatments.
Reside with the girls, monitoring the girls' daily activities, ensuring peace and harmony, maintaining a clean and orderly environment of care. Set an example for the girls, by working and mentoring program philosophies.
Instruct and monitor the girls on proper daily hygiene and dress code as per Policy and Procedure.
Ensure that all meals are nutritious and follow Trinity's philosophies. Assist with proper food handling, storage, cooking, preparation, and serving of meals, ensure proper hand washing, proper table manners, and cleaning up after meals.
Provide, supervision, safety, and crisis management for clients in the wilderness, desert and during animal therapy.
Assist with client processing/facilitation as outlined towards each client's particular needs in group counseling, ropes courses, animal-equine therapy and all other activities.
Instruct and educate students in technical ranch skills.
Ensure client safety and care of all animals, and able to assist with animal therapy as needed.
Comfortable role modeling, and sharing Trinity's Christian philosophies to help youth find the goodness within and provide direction in returning home.
Ensure that the girls have safe vehicle transportation i.e. wearing seat belts, safe vehicle in which to ride, etc.
Maintains all other documentation as per policy and procedure.
Responsible to provide guidance and pertinent information to treatment team.
To confer and coordinate patient concerns with the family, other staff and after care treatment staff,
Must be aware of, and adhere to the Trinity Teen Solutions, Inc's policies.
Maintains quality patient care in the Program.
Implements and supervises DFS standards and any other accrediting agency that Trinity Teen Solutions, Inc. is accredited by or seeks to be accredited by.
Recommends to the Executive Director changes needed to ensure quality patient care and the smooth operation of the patient program.
Attends staff meetings.
Coordinates activities with other departments in the program relative to quality patient care.
Assists the Lead Advisor/Counselor with administrative duties.
Monitors and controls budgetary requirements within the Program.
Implements the group therapy topics that objectify Trinity Teen Solutions, Inc. philosophies.
Monitors all statistical records with the program.
Responsible for own personal/professional development.
Participates in community activities.
Attends seminars/workshops in professional area.
Attends and participates in in-service programs.
Serves on committees as interested or appointed.
Maintains good working relationship with referral agencies, transport agencies, professional staff and customers.
Responsible to perform other related duties as may be assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in field of study that you can teach academics in a private school, over the age of 21 and practicing Catholic.

HOURS OF WORK:
Full time.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Live in a rustic cabins providing education in various outdoor environments, and be adaptable through climates that vary for the seasons.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to hike, backpack, sleep outdoors on the ground and ride horses, lift heavy objects and handle the climate changes.

HAZARDS:
Exposure to camp fire smoke, cold and hot temperatures, injury related to hiking, backpacking, handling horses and other animals, living in the wilderness/desert with at risk youth.

DRESS:
Appropriate outdoor dress that follows along with setting a good example to patients, which includes: Long johns, wrangler jeans, t-shirts and long sleeve shirts, cowboy boots, hiking boots, insulated boots and other clothing as necessary.

Salary and Benefits: Start at $110 per day, work 4 days per week and 3 days off per week, plus room, and board, medical insurance, retirement benefits. 1 week all expense paid vacation to Cancun/Cozumel Mexico after working 2 years. Being able to live and counsel the clients using your Catholic beliefs

EVALUATION:
Periodic evaluations done by the Executive Director and or Clinical Director. This will be done after 90 days, and yearly as needed.

GOAL:
