JOB DETAILS
Catholic Charities seeks program manager to provide daily oversight and general leadership to Communities Empowering Youth Coalition (CEY) and CEY program. Responsible for:
-daily supervision of administrative assistant, program, and coalition activities
-prepare community assessment plan and submit for ACF approval
-coordinate training and customized technical assistance for all participants
-monitor performance outcomes
-report to funders, partners, and agency staff
-facilitate youth council, trainings, and agency assessments
-seek continuation funding and resources relevant to the coalition's needs
-serve as liaison between coalition and community
-other duties as beneficial to the CEY program and coalition
Bachelor degree required. Minimum of three to five years experience in organizational development, youth leadership and programming, and excellent communication skills. Must possess good organizational and communication skills and be a self-starter. Must be efficient in Microsoft Office and/or software packages.
