JOB DETAILS
St. Ann's Community is seeking a Registered Nurse as a Nurse Leader for their Rochester, NY, location. The primary purpose of this position, as a Nurse Leader in the St. Ann's Nursing Department, is to be a major influence in providing excellent resident/patient care on his/her unit. This individual creates a productive, supportive and satisfying environment for both residents and staff and is responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling the overall operation of unit or units for a twenty-four hour period. Assists the Director of Nursing with departmental leadership through the deployment of St. Ann's Mission, Vision and Values.
Requirements:
Current/valid NYS RN licensure. RN required with BSN preferred; three to five years of recent and continuous professional nursing experience; preferably including supervisory experience and Long Term Care experience.
