St. Ann's Community is seeking a Full Time Staff Physical Therapist for their Rochester, NY, location. The primary purpose of this position is to provide high quality evaluation and treatment services for individuals requiring Physical Therapy Services. You will plan, organize, develop, implement, evaluate and direct Physical Therapy, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with the current applicable federal, state and local standards, rules, regulations and guidelines that govern long term, sub acute and outpatient care.

Requirements:
B.S. in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. M.S. preferred. Two years experience as a Physical Therapist preferred, with experience with adult and geriatric populations preferred. Assists in the supervision of volunteers, aides and assistants. Acts on behalf of the PT Coordinator in his/her absence, upon request. Current NYS license/registration as a Physical Therapist.
