JOB DETAILS
Located in Rosemead, California on a 32-acre campus, Don Bosco Technical Institute is an all-male, private, Catholic college-preparatory high school that provides exceptional opportunities in academics, social awareness and meaningful living in a modern society. Bosco Tech combines a college-preparatory curriculum with a rigorous study of key technologies.
Established in 1955, Bosco Tech was founded under the cooperation of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles, the Salesian Society of St. John Bosco and civic industrial leaders in the Los Angeles Area. Bosco Tech was named for the founder of the Salesian Society, St. John Bosco, who was a 19th century Italian priest who established schools to train young men as skilled craftsmen and leaders. He strived to establish an atmosphere characterized by a sense of understanding between teacher and student, emphasizing the personal, spiritual and moral growth of every pupil. Today, the same philosophy is captured in the school's mission and embraced by the Bosco Tech community -- to provide educational opportunities that will empower students to become leaders and productive citizens in today's ever-evolving technology-oriented society.
