JOB DETAILS
Oversees Archdiocesan ministry formation programs. Successful applicant will have thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of Catholic ecclesial life and structure, along with knowledge of church organizational and operations procedures. Position requires ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, parishes, schools, vendors, and the general public, plus ability to communicate effectively, both verbally (including oral presentations) and in writing. Master's degree in Theology and Master's degree in Education or comparable experience in educational administration, plus a minimum of 8 years' experience in a diocese; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Practicing Catholic and valid driver's license required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products essential. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
