JOB DETAILS
The Archdiocese of Philadelphia is seeking a Coordinator of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)/Adult Faith Formation to work in our Center City Office Center.
A Master's Degree in Theology or related area is preferred. Knowledge of the RCIA along with knowledge of the Church's catechetical documents is required. Must have Parish or Diocesan experience with RCIA and adult faith formation as well as administrative experience. Offer orientation, workshops and resources for RCIA, Adult Faith Formation and Pre-Jordan to coordinators and teams. Provide consultation on RCIA and Adult Faith Formation to pastors and coordinators.
