The Archdiocese of Philadelphia is currently seeking a Case Manager to work at our Visitation Homes location for Catholic Social Services in Center City Philadelphia.
Bachelor Degree in Social Work or related field along with one year experience in social work or related field is required. Must have experience with Microsoft Office and Internet. Duties include: meeting with clients once a week to discuss needs and progress, assessing client needs and developing service goals, making referrals for housing/therapy/job training/other services, participating in team meetings, and serving as a liaison between the client and referral sources.
