JOB DETAILS

The Archdiocese of Philadelphia is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to work full time in the Office for Clergy in Philadelphia.

Associate's degree required but a Bachelor's degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience as Executive Secretary is required. Extensive administrative secretarial skills needed.

Primary responsibility is to assist the Vicar for Clergy and the Assistant to the Vicar for Clergy. Responsibilities include centralizing and coordinating all administrative work pertaining to office; assist Vicar in preparation of canonical materials for Rome; manage internal and external schedules; take leadership role in coordination of new tasks and initiatives for the Vicar of Clergy; develop meeting agendas and associated materials, including the Council of Priests, Priest Personnel Board and Central Administration; maintain a professional manner and maintain strict confidentiality of the office.
