JOB DETAILS
The Archdiocese of Philadelphia is currently seeking a Family Resource Specialist to work within Catholic Social Services to support our Teen Placement Diversion Program in Center City.
BSW or related degree and 3 to 5 years experience with children, teens, and families in and intensive setting required. Must have basic computer skills and flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends). On call responsibilities to diffuse potential cirses. Duties include: coordinating with youth and their families in their home three hours a week face-to-face; providing ongoing resources and support systems for teens and their families; accessing and connecting families with community resources; following procedures to report child abuse/neglect; assisting families with appointments, transportation and any social activities; maintaining documentation according to CSS/DHS standards, and collaborating with team members and agencies.
