JOB DETAILS
The Archdiocese of Philadelphia is currently seeking a Social Work Tech to work at the Women of Hope, at our Vine St. location in Center City Philadelphia.
BA/BSW required. Must have experience/knowledge in working with women who have mental illness and have been homeless. Duties include: providing direct case management, ongoing follow-up and assessment of mental and physical health of residents, developing Personal Support Plans and assisting in their implementation, assisting residents in personal care and financial management, and assisting with meal preparation when needed. On-call responsibilities on a rotation schedule with other staff.
