JOB DETAILS

We are looking for a dynamic, young Catholic with the desire to serve university students and gain ministry experience. This is an excellent service opportunity! We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic young person who desires to spend two years in service to the Church, preferably a recent college graduate. The housing manager will also be a part of the St. Thomas More ministry staff and will have an active role in ministry to the Bowling Green State University student population.

The individual will fundraise his or her salary and receive only housing benefits. The Newman Housing Manager receives use of a furnished, one bedroom apartment, with full bath, kitchen, dining area and living room. All utilities, cable television, internet service, and parking are included. Fundraising assistance will be available for the position. Expectations include

- recruiting new residents
- securing contracts and payment of residents
- overseeing the care of the facility
- leading a Bible study and community building activities
- being a member of the ministry team at St. Thomas More

We are looking for a two year commitment. The position begins May, 2010 and is open until filled.
