JOB DETAILS
The Nurse Administrator for Saint Joseph Residence, a 15 bed facility caring for individuals with HIV/ AIDS and individuals with short-term hospice and palliative care needs, is responsible for the management and supervision of all nursing and resident care activities and the administration and management of operations of the facility and program. This includes the supervision and oversight of staffing, contract services and volunteers, program development, policy and practice compliance, program planning, development and evaluation and assuring that care is in accordance with the Oklahoma nursing standards and practices. The Nurse Administrator must have current license as Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Oklahoma with management experience.
