JOB DETAILS
The Catholic Diocese of Richmond seeks a full-time Director for the Office of Campus and Young Adult Ministry. The Director is responsible for coordinating the diocesan ministry to and with the young adults on the college and university campuses of the diocese and in the parishes. The Director works and coordinates programming with all the campus ministers in the diocese. The Director also oversees the Encounter with Christ program, Campus Leadership training, the Young Adult Convention and the administration of the office. A Master's Degree in ministry or a closely related degree is preferred with five or more years professional campus ministry experience. The candidate must be an active practicing Catholic with a good grasp of pastoral theology; strong administrative, leadership and communication skills; good interpersonal and collaborative skills; and a working knowledge of computer software applications.
