JOB DETAILS
The Program Coordinator, working closely with the National Director for Leadership Development and the Program Team, is responsible for managing and implementing Good Leaders, Good Shepherds in dioceses throughout the nation. The program coordinator oversees materials and comprehensive program logistics to ensure the overall quality of the program.

8. Candidates for this position should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Working knowledge with Microsoft products required.
Environmental Conditions: Normal Office
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Client Management: Assist, inform and manage the needs of the current and future client diocese to assure a satisfactory relationship with the Catholic Leadership Institute.
2. Program Fulfillment: Coordinate, fulfill, and assess all the logistical needs in support of Good Leaders, Good Shepherds so as to ensure the excellence of our program for participants and trainers.
3. Inventory/Materials Management: Organize, anticipate, and maintain Good Leaders, Good Shepherds materials to ensure that trainings have necessary materials and to ensure that costs are minimized.
