Position Available in the Office of Evangelization through the Secretariat of Christian Formation
Catholic Diocese of Baton Rouge, LA. Application deadline: until position is filled
The ideal candidate will: possess a Masters Degree in Theology or equivalent (minimum BA degree and willing to work toward Masters in Theology), direct the office; work within the department; and secretariat, facilitate the "new evangelization" Spirit on diocesan, deanery, and parish levels, have a distinguished background in ministry at diocesan or parish level, embrace Church documents involving evangelization and catechesis, teach in our diocesan certification process, be well versed in computer skills/technology, and organization, be a self starter and hard worker. Candidate must balance multiple tasks; some evening/weekend work required. Must have proven administrative skills. Salary based on diocesan salary scale with excellent benefits.
