Saint Matthew Catholic Church in Winter Haven, Florida, is seeking an extremely organized, efficient, experienced (seasoned at least 3-5 years), successful multi-tasker who possesses personality, self confidence, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work as a team and has a knack for attention to detail - to be our new Business Manager. We are in a growing area of Central Florida, in a growing church, with many projects to accomplish and we are looking for that 'right fit' person to coordinate the three very important and essential elements of the job description: Human Resources (Personnel), Facilities and Finance. You must be able to effectively and pastorally supervise, interact with, time manage and direct staff members, understand the maintenance and up-keep of buildings - with a working knowledge of machinery, equipment & the ever-so-important preventative maintenance necessities, and be proficient with Quick Books, Microsoft, PowerPoint, Word, spreadsheets, bill paying/banking, reconciling, budgets, reports and insurance with an expert knowledge of computers and servers (I.T. smarts). Minimum requirement of a B.A. (M.A.'s welcome) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration. Previous church work experience preferred. Salary range is $40,000 - $45,000.
