JOB DETAILS
The Diocese of Dallas seeks an Associate Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries to join an existing collaborative team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in religious education, theology, or related field. M.A. (or M.A. candidate) preferred and National Certificate in Youth Ministries Studies.
- A minimum of three years experience with a focus on comprehensive youth ministry.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
- Ability to facilitate learning experiences for youth and adults especially in regard to leadership formation and development of ministry.
