The Knights of Columbus is seeking self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help fellow members. Sales experience is helpful,but we will provide complete training to motivated individuals. As a field agent you will represent a leading insurance company ranking in the top 5% of all 2000 insurance companies in North America. Our field agents are provided the best possible training including in-office and field experience. You will enjoy the flexibility of working from your own home office in your established territory once training is complete. You will be contacting current and new members of the Knights to review their current and future financial needs.
You will receive an excellent commission along with any needed draw. You will also receive benefits such as medical, dental, non-contributory pension, 401k, disability insurance, and incentive trips. You will be servicing a franchise like protected territory with an existing client base. You will receive computerized information on all clients, leads, and presentation material. You should expect to be earning a six figure income by your second year.
