Chicago Archdiocesan Catholic Grade School looking to hire a Director of Development...Are you interested in helping make Catholic Education authentically Catholic? Do you believe that the purpose of Catholic Education is to form our youth in the Truth and lead them closer to heaven? Saint John Vianney School in Northlake, IL (a suburb just west of the Chicago city limits) might be a good fit for you! God is blessing us in many ways here and one particular way is by opening a new administrative position in Institutional Advancement. We are looking for a well-formed Catholic to join us, someone who is charged up with the Faith and the mission of bringing others to Christ! The position includes some marketing, alumni relations, coordination of fundraising efforts, donor relations, grant research, and recruitment of new families. Saint John Vianney Parish is a very unique place. 4 daily masses (3 English/1 Spanish) are offered along with frequent confession. This year we had 5 priests in residence, all who spent 1 hour a week visiting classes. Our students attend Mass weekly, have a monthly morning of adoration as well as monthly confession. The Jr High students will be starting a new foreign language program in the fall where one of our parish priests will be teaching Latin. At the parish, one can attend the Sunday celebration of the Mass in both the ordinary and extraordinary forms of the Roman Rite. Our school has 150 students and it is a great mix of many ethnicities! This is a quite unique Archdiocesan school/ parish and a place where grace is abounding!
