JOB DETAILS
Duties:
Assist in daily activities to include, turning patient, catheter and incontinence care, blood sugar monitoring, medication dispensing, light physical therapy and massage, bathing, transfer 90 lb. patient between bed and wheelchair without assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry and other duties as requested during day-time hours.
Requirements:
Non-smoking, responsible, nurturing, competent, fluent English speaking Female. Knowledge of insulin injections, safe patient handling, universal precautions and medical terminology.
Preferred:
Mature, Arabic speaking CNA with experience assisting hemiplegic stroke patients.
