JOB DETAILS
The Association for Catechumenal Ministry (ACM), a non-profit corporation, seeks to fill a newly approved part-time position of Business Manager. Duties include managing all aspects of ACM's financial operations (e.g., financial records, monthly reconciliation, preparation and presentation of annual budget, quarterly financial reports, receive and issue cash disbursements, formulate recommend infrastructure developments with accompanying policies and procedures, 25% of time seeking and writing grants and gift monies, coordinates and attends the two annual board meetings). The successful candidate will have a proven record of successful professional achievement in the above areas, a demonstrated ability to multi-task, manifest a very strong match with ACM's Catholic identity and mission. Strong communication skills, work from home, close collaboration with the Executive Director, reports directly to the Chair of the Finance Committee. Security/background check will be required.

Specific Duties:
1. Maintain and manage all financial records.
2. Perform monthly reconciliation with third party CPA.
3. Report monthly reconciliations to Director and Chair of Finance Committee.
4. Assist Director and Finance Committee in preparation and presentation of annual budget.
5. Consult with Director and prepare quarterly financial reports for review by Chair of Finance Committee.
6. Responsible for disbursements of approved, budgeted line items.
7. Seek prior approval from Finance Committee for all expenditures not in the approved budget.
8. Formulate recommended developments to the Finance Committee regarding all financial policies and procedures, and, goals (e.g., fee structures, cashiering, disbursements, cash flow, etc.).
9. Devote 25% of time seeking and writing grants and gift monies (for projects, general fund and "self-compensate").
10. Receive, deposit and monitor all income from grants, gifts, products and services.
Expectations:
1. Set specific goals to be attained in budget cycle, reporting to the Finance Committee at the end of each quarter.
2. Attend semi-annual ACM Board meetings.
3. Coordinate all accommodations, meals, travel arrangements, expenditures for Board meetings.
