JOB DETAILS
The Ignatian Volunteer Corps (IVC), a national non-profit serving the needs of poor people through the volunteer work of retired men and women, seeks a full-time Regional Director for Boston-Worcester (MA) and Providence (RI). Responsibilities include recruitment of partner nonprofits; recruitment and support of volunteers; fund raising; managing IVC's reflection program. The successful candidate will have demonstrated excellent networking, communication, management, friend and fund-raising, and collaborative work experiences. Experience with Catholic social teaching, marketing, social justice ministries are also desirable. Salary between $44-48K, plus benefits.
