JOB DETAILS

Principle Duties/Responsibilities:
-Providing an orderly, professional office atmosphere for colleagues and visitors
-Managing, organizing, scheduling and maintaining information for the directors of the organization
-Photocopying, faxing, typing, creating and modifying spreadsheets, composing email, managing databases, maintaining paper and electronic files, creating documents, handling travel arrangements and receiving phone calls
-Maintaining office supply inventories
-Executing mailings to members, bishops and general contacts
-Planning and executing meetings
-Other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities:
-Ability to prepare statistical and written reports and professional documents, correspondence and presentations for management
-General computer proficiency and versatility, with strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to be self sufficient and resourceful
-Exemplary administrative and organizational skills
-Strong analytical command
-Familiarity with shipping, receiving and inventory control
-Knowledge of website creation and design is desirable but not required
