JOB DETAILS
Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Owatonna is seeking a part-time Communications Secretary to create the bulletin, worship aides, signs, and other printed ministry materials, along with basic secretarial duties. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and computer skills, particulary Word, Excel, and Publisher (or other design software); post secondary education with background in Graphic Design, Secretarial Science or equivalent work experience, an understanding of the Catholic Church and the Church teachings, ability to establish and rearrange priorities; and must be a self-starter, well organized and able to work and make decisions independently.
