JOB DETAILS
St. Louis Environmental Engineering firm seeking a person with an Industrial Hygienist background. This is a full time position, working mostly in Southern Illinois. Ideally, the candidate should have the following licenses for MO and IL.
Asbestos Inspector,
Lead inspector/Risk Assessor,
Asbestos Contractor Supervisor
NIOSH 582.
Candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in the following;Familiarity & experience with common OSHA and NIOSH industrial hygiene survey methods for chemical and physical stressors such as asbestos, metals, solvents, acids and noise.
Knowledge of both State and Federal regulations pertaining to Industrial Hygiene.
Safe work practices
Hazardous Materials Management
Complete Safety Surveys and Audits
Act as liaison during city, county and state regulatory inspection.
