JOB DETAILS
For 30 years, Saint Luke Productions has been producing professional live, film and DVD dramas on the scriptures and the lives of the saints. (Check out our website www.stlukeproductions.com.) We are a small non-profit office, with currently 6 employees, looking for a full-charge bookkeeper to join our close-knit team. If you would like to work in a Catholic environment, where we pray together every morning, in a beautiful rural setting between Battle Ground and Ridgefield, Washington, please contact us. These are the qualities we are looking for:
Proficiency and experience in Quickbooks a must: We just switched to Quickbooks.
Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite software preferred.
Some experience with non-profit accounting preferred. Preparation for timely 990 filing.
Some familiarity with other accounting software preferred: Peachtree 2010, since we need to reconcile 2009 still.
Someone savvy in computers with a strong desire to convert to paperless recordkeeping.
Someone who is ready to help us set up a strong company infrastructure, implementing our new centralized Access database system, and Microsoft Retail Management System for our inventory tracking .
A strong aptitude for innovation, integration and development of systems relying on computer technologies to implement processes which will save time and money by cutting down on human error.

It is a lot of hard work, but we are a cheerful team, who are dedicated to our mission.
