Position Title: Director
Reports to: Managing Director
Location: Washington, D.C. Metro (Ashburn, VA, 30 miles west of Washington, D.C.)
Timing: Immediate
Type: Full-time, 25 -- 50% travel, salary plus bonus
Summary Description: The Director will work with a Managing Director and/or other Directors and staff on client acquisition, engagement execution and retention as related to Capital Advisors transactions, consulting projects, and Tertium Quid integrated consulting engagements and projects of O'Meara, Ferguson, Whelan and Conway, Inc. (O'Meara Ferguson). From time to time, the duties of a Director will also include leading select client engagements, financial modeling, research, interviewing, surveying, statistical analysis, presentation development, and other tasks required to serve our clients' strategic, operational and financial needs.
Essential Functions: The Director will be required to perform, but not be limited to the following duties:
1.Prepare material for sales presentations to prospective clients and other internal and external meetings.
2.Draft client engagement letters and incorporating nuances of each client.
3.Organize and participate in client meetings, as well as assist in conducing due diligence, data collection and presentation preparation, design and building of Excel based financial models, and support client to fulfill initial and post closing compliance and financial reporting.
4.Work with client and O'Meara Ferguson team on financings, including serving as an interface and coordinator for the client with other service providers including civil and canonical attorneys, accountants, bankers, etc.
5.Prepare needed ancillary materials related to financings such as credit rating agency presentations, Vatican approval, finance council meeting agendas and updates, communications with parishes, etc.
6.Review of financing and other legal documentation as needed.
7.Serve as part of team or lead capital market and other client financial transaction advisory, execution and related working-level tasks drafting and supervising, e.g., Investment Policy, Swap Policy or DSF Guidelines.
8.Identification of additional client opportunities and coordination with other internal business groups as needed on joint client engagements.
9.Undertake special projects or research as needed.
10.Structure and perform statistical analyses, assess results and summarize conclusions and results.
11.Prepare ad-hoc and regular reports to update or monitor market movements and client-specific information.

The candidate will possess the ability to focus on and maintain attention to detail as well as understand the broader perspective. The candidate must also perform effectively under pressure to meet internal deadlines, transactional milestones and client-driven time lines.

Education and/or Skills/Experience:
■Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience in areas of finance and accounting.
■Proficient with Excel and able to design and build financial models.
■Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
■Ability to develop PowerPoint presentations.
■Pluses:
■Formal commercial banking or investment banking experience
■Formal financial or management consulting experience
■Experience reading, drafting and evaluating legal documentation related to banking/ investment banking/ consulting projects
■Work experience with or knowledge of not-for-profit or religious institutions (e.g., Catholic Church and related entities). This is absolutely not a requirement; however, an interest in Catholic organizations and their mission is essential.

Compensation:
Annual Base Salary based on experience. Bonus based on individual and corporate performance.
