Principal Position Opening - Our Lady of Perpetual Help School

Our Lady of Perpetual Help School, Bethlehem, PA (K - Gr. 8) is seeking a dynamic and innovative educational leader with a strong commitment to Catholic Education, Catholic values, and academic excellence to serve as Principal beginning July 1, 2024. The ideal candidate must be an experienced educational leader and committed to the mission of Catholic Education. Candidates should possess the acumen and experience to work effectively with academic and student affairs, the application of instructional technology, strategic planning, enrollment management, institutional advancement, and fiscal management. Applicants should possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a collaborative leadership style capable of working effectively with parents, faculty, and staff, as well as parish clergy, staff, and the School Board. A Master's Degree and Principal's certification are preferred.
