A candidate for the position must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Communications or a related field and have a minimum of five years experience in communications or public relations; have successful experience in developing marketing plans and maximizing brand awareness; have experience utilizing a variety of graphic design and communications software; have experience in managing an online presence including website maintenance and design, Facebook presence, and other social networking platforms; have experience in media relations; have experience in the development of publications; be energetic, and have strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership, collaborative, and organizational skills.
