We are currently seeking an HR Partner to serve as a resource and consultant to parish/school employers on HR-related matters.
If you are selected for this position, you will act as an objective and trusted advisor for both employees and management. You'll be expected to engage in diverse functions including staffing, talent management, compensation, diversity, learning and development, organizational development, change management, training, employee relations, and other special projects as assigned. This position plays a key role in mitigating risk and will partner closely with/and report to the Executive Director of HR.
To be considered "best qualified," you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field of study. You should possess a minimum of five years of prior experience as an HR Generalist in a multi-site environment. Within that experience, you should be able to demonstrate knowledge of positive employee engagement, human resources programs and processes, federal and state employment laws, compliance, and change management principles and tools. You must be an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing. As this position does require frequent local travel, you must possess a valid MD driver's license.
