As Principal of Saint Ann Catholic School, you work collaboratively with the pastor to lead with vision, cultivate a positive culture, and uphold its Catholic identity and its academic standards. The ideal principal must be an innovative educational leader, proficient in pedagogy, curriculum instruction, and assessment for pre-kindergarten through grade eight. They are tasked with providing ongoing catechetical formation to students, parents, and staff, actively involving the school community in the Church's evangelizing mission, and instilling the concept of faith in action through service. They must cultivate a school culture rooted in a Catholic Worldview, centered on Jesus Christ, and uphold Gospel values. Additionally, they should foster a vibrant, Catholic, learning community marked by excellence, ensure accessibility to Catholic education for all students, and demonstrate a commitment to educating the whole child.
