Event and Fundraising Manager

Job Description

A Woman's Choice in Northern Virginia, seeks a passionate and driven Event and Fundraising Manager to join our team in Herndon or Falls Church, VA, with hybrid work options for the right candidate. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of fundraising events that generate at least 25% of our annual budget, while supporting marketing and communications strategies to engage donors and broaden our reach.
You will collaborate closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to set strategic goals, cultivate donor relationships, and manage fundraising event logistics. The ideal candidate brings experience in event planning, nonprofit development, and
communications-or a strong desire to grow in these areas-along with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. A deep commitment to our mission and biblical values is essential, and fluency in Spanish is a plus. Competitive compensation and flexible work arrangements are offered. About the Employer

We are a non-profit Life Affirming Pregnancy Resource Center, founded in 1986 by six parishioners of Saint Catherine of Siena parish in Great Falls, and have two locations in Northern Virginia. Guided by Judeo-Christian principles of Life and Morality, we provide free hospital grade pregnancy tests and counseling, support with medical care and housing, financial assistance and community resources. After birth we continue to support mothers with post-natal guidance, counseling and diapers and clothes up to the toddler years.
