Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of an Overbrook Catholic Teacher is educating students in the subject areas assigned while cultivating the ability to think and reason well in an environment of faith. All teachers form students in virtue, love for learning and inquiry that gives them joy, confidence, and wisdom for life. Each teacher nurtures children spiritually, emotionally, and academically according to the mission of the school.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, master's degree preferred, three years of teaching experience preferred and current licensure.
• Highly effective written, oral and interpersonal skills to communicate with a varied audience in a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to blend traditional methodologies creatively emphasizing inquiry to teach each subject well and integrate learning experiences.
