Job Description

The Operations Coordinator at Pro-Life Wisconsin (PLW) assists in executing tasks necessary to support the operation of the PLW state office.

REQUIREMENTS
• Understanding of, belief in, and ability to communicate PLW's 100% pro-life position
• Christian and a good team-player
• Knowledge of, and experience with, office operation techniques and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong MS Office skills
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Ability to work some weekends and evenings

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing the following tasks in an effective and efficient manner to support the activities related to the operation of the State Office.
• Record donations into donor database (including checks, electronic funds transfer and credit cards).
• Manage donor database.
• Processes incoming/outgoing mail and email.
• Manages bulk mailings for donor acknowledgements and pledges.
• Assist the Operations Manager with the following responsibilities:
- Select bookkeeping functions including recording transactions within the accounting system
- Processing bills
- Creating bank deposits
- Support vendor-based projects and ordering relating to office operations.
- Managing the office equipment (including laptops/printers), supplies and software
• Assists with PLW sponsored functions such as the Fall Gala Fundraiser, Spring Dinner and other events.
• Assists the Operations Manager and Development Director with donor/sponsor correspondence and related materials.
• Provides assistance to PLW Staff and Board to facilitate common staff goals.
