In this pivotal role, you'll partner with the Communications Director to manage the day-to-day operations of a high-performing team. From shaping campaigns to responding to breaking news, you'll ensure SBA's voice is strong, strategic, and heard across earned, owned, and social media channels.

Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America (SBA) is the largest pro-life political organization in the country, with a nationwide network of over 1 million Americans. We combine politics with policy, investing heavily in voter education and issue advocacy to advance laws that protect the unborn.

What You'll Do
Oversee daily operations of the Communications Team to keep projects on track and goals met.
Lead campaign execution and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Respond swiftly and strategically to media opportunities.
Drive project management and ensure alignment across all communications initiatives.

Requirements
3+ years in communications, media relations, or campaign management.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver under tight deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with media monitoring tools and social platforms.
Commitment to SBA's pro-life mission and values.
Supervisory Responsibility

This position will include supervisor responsibilities depending upon the applicant's experience.

Position Type/Expected Hours

This position is a full-time position. Hours are typically 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST, Monday-Friday. Weekend and evening work may be required.

Travel
This position may require occasional travel for media events.

Salary
$80,000 - $125,000 annually.
