Located near the shores of beautiful Lake Tahoe, Saint Clare's Tahoe is seeking a full-time Director of Operations, Athletics & Recruiting.

Saint Clare's Tahoe operates a Lower School, St. Clare's Montessori and an Upper School, Saint Clare's Classical. St. Clare's is an independent Catholic school in the Diocese of Reno, in its eighth year of operation, serving forty-five students. Inspired by Saint Clare's love of the eucharist with school-wide participation in weekly mass and adoration, our mission is to help students know the Truth, love the Good and grow into the fullness of their created potential.

We are looking for a dynamic candidate with a devout Catholic faith, strong leadership, management & organization skills, as well as a joyful charisma who can help grow our community. The candidate must be a practicing Roman Catholic in good standing with the Church.

This position entails taking on a number of roles in our small school community. As Operations Director, this position includes overseeing the daily smooth functioning and logistics of our school, managing staff, scheduling, execution of outdoor education, compliance with state laws, accreditation work as well as teaching one to two classes in our Upper School. As Athletics director, this position includes managing sports schedules, coaching and expanding our current sports offerings. The position also entails defining and implementing recruitment strategies for our new high school including community engagement and public speaking, relationship building, and marketing.

Pay is competitive and based on experience and education. Medical/Dental/Vision benefits are offered to all full-time employees.
