Faith and Impact Coordinator

Job Description

We're seeking a passionate and organized Faith & Impact Coordinator to help us grow our mission and better serve our community of supporters.

The Faith & Impact Coordinator supports the heart of our ministry by managing donor engagement, assisting with fundraising efforts, and overseeing the day-to-day operations that keep our mission running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about evangelization, enjoys storytelling, and thrives in both relational and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain relationships with donors, foundations, and partners.
-Coordinate fundraising campaigns and assist with grant research and applications.
-Draft donor communications, impact reports, and mission-driven content.
-Manage donor data, track engagement, and prepare regular reports.
-Provide administrative support, including scheduling, inbox and CRM management, and document organization.
-Collaborate with internal teams on marketing, outreach, and donor materials.
-Represent the organization at Catholic events and conferences as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
Experience in nonprofit management.
Knowledge of media

Preferred:
Experience in fundraising and development
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to create and execute strategic fundraising plans.
Familiarity with donor management systems and fundraising platforms.
Knowledge of Catholic media, nonprofit fundraising, and grant writing.
Passion for the mission of Spirit Juice Entertainment Group and a commitment to evangelizing through media.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
