Job Description
Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator/Manager with a strong administrative focus to support the daily operations of our Production Department. Reporting to the Directors of Production and Director of Production Management, this role is responsible for managing logistical workflows, coordinating schedules, maintaining internal systems, and ensuring documentation is completed accurately and on time. The Production Manager will help oversee Associate Producers, Coordinators, and Production Assistants, and will work closely with the Executive Team to ensure smooth execution of all production-related tasks from pre-production through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate crew bookings for upcoming shoots, working alongside project Producers and Directors.
-Manage subcontractor agreements with freelance crew, permalancers, and other contract workers.
-Book and coordinate travel arrangements for shoots.
-Maintain the company's travel database.
-Complete expense reports and update cost reports for ongoing projects.
-Manage press pass distribution and records for internal and external personnel.
-Oversee timekeeping systems for the Production Department.
-Provide support on time-sensitive or ad hoc tasks as needed.
-Execute high organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills.
-Take on additional duties to support the broader Production and Operations teams.
Qualifications
Preferred Education & Experience:
-Bachelor's degree
-1+ year of experience in Office Administration
-1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office
-1+ year of experience with Google Suite
-1+ year of experience in Customer Service or a production support role
Additional Information
This is an in-office role with occasional after-hours or weekend work, depending on production needs.
