Position Overview
The Sales and Underwriting Account Executive generates revenue through sponsorship sales, builds long-term partner relationships, and ensures underwriting messages comply with FCC non-commercial broadcast regulations. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys relationship-building, strategic outreach, and representing a respected community organization.

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Prospect, develop, and close new underwriting sponsors
• Build customized proposals aligned with sponsor goals
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts
Account Management
• Maintain strong sponsor relationships
• Conduct campaign reviews and renewal conversations
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts

Compliance & Coordination
• Ensure underwriting copy meets FCC guidelines
• Coordinate scheduling with programming team
• Maintain accurate documentation

Community Representation
• Represent the organization at events, networking functions, and community activities
• Serve as a professional ambassador of the organization's mission and values

Qualifications
Required
• Sales, fundraising, or business development experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to represent a mission-driven organization rooted in Catholic values

Preferred
• Media, nonprofit, or sponsorship experience
• CRM familiarity
• Broadcast or digital media knowledge
